So many outfielders, so little time.  Outfield is far and away the deepest of the positions taking up just over half of the top 100 of all batters.  This extreme depth makes outfield the lowest priority out of the positions to fill when you're drafting in the spring.  Out of the top 50 there are very few outliers in the the outfield and of those that are the were almost all exceptional at stealing bases when they did get on the field during the season.  This is proof that of all the counting statistics the one that has the greatest effect on fantasy value is the stolen base.  If you can find stolen bases late in the draft make sure to grab them.
